Most Items in stock ship within 1-3 days with standard ground shipping.
Items not in stock can be pre-ordered and usually ship in 8-10 weeks, and custom orders in 10-12 weeks .Installation Service available upon request, only to local customers (Greater Toronto Area)
Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout and varies based on size, weight and destination.
Delivery is curbside only and doesn't include inside delivery, unless ordered within Local area.From time to time unexpected delays may occur that would be out of our control. Your understanding and patience is appreciated.
Remote locations and locations requiring a Ferry may be subject to additional fees. You will be contacted prior to shipment being processed.
We currently do not offer shipping to Nunavut.
Customers from United States are responsible for duties and taxes upon delivery.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
No Return on furniture, bathroom vanities, special orders (non-stock items) or custom orders
In case of shipping damge, product defect or missing parts, please contact customer service to assist you with replacement parts or other necessary steps to resolve your issue.
You should expect to receive your refund within 5-10 days of the return package receipt.
