Shipping policy

Orders if in stock, are processed within 3-7 days and shipped by ground regular shipping.

Expedited shipping may be available on some products.

Items not in stock (pre-order) and special orders  are usually shipped within 8-10 weeks. , and custom orders are usually shipped within 10-12 weeks. Some products may take longer.

Installation Service available upon request, only to local customers (Greater Toronto Area)

Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout and varies based on size, weight and destination.

Remote locations and locations requiring a Ferry may be subject to additional fees. You will be contacted prior to shipment being processed.

We currently do not offer shipping to Nunavut.

Customers from United States are responsible for duties and taxes upon delivery.

We currently only sell to customers in Canada and United States only.
